| poor service in Glenn heights, tx I thought it was me. Now I know I have to make a change in service. I have been in my house for five years and until skybean took over I never had a problem with my internet. They came and changed out my ant. Outside and the problems started the same day. I don't work from home but I'm a paying customer. I can't even talk to anyone. The customer service is very poor DON'T SIGN UP FOR SKYBEAN!!!!!!!!! |

| Skybeam finally called be after the BBB contacted them. They scheduled a tech to come out and try to fix the problem. HOWEVER...I'll be without connectivity for over 15 days by the date they scheduled me. They get one shot to resolve it or the tech takes the equipment with him. |

| Thank for that information. So I guess I too need contact the BBB to get some action. I'm in Arlington today maybe I need to pay them a visit. |
