MegaPath screws over their subcontractors too.

I have tried to be patient with MegaPath and try very hard to get work done for them. I have trouble contacting MegaPath while on site installing equipment. In the end I most often get screwed by MegaPath for doing quality work and doing what TAC tells me to do before they will close out tickets so I can get paid; then they say I did not get authorized to do what they asked me to do. I will not do any more work for MegaPath; it is not worth it. Contractors stay away from MegaPath. Customers, consider other providers. It is always hit or miss for getting paid and getting service from MegaPath.

Hello,

I am sorry for your poor experience with MegaPath. I can assure you that we did not intentionally mistreat you. If there is anything we can do to assure you remain a MegaPath subcontractor, please contact our support center for Customer Care @ 1-877-611-6342 option 4 or call in and ask to be transferred to our retentions department. We greatly appreciate your business and let us know if there is anything that can be done.
