Brooklyn, NY | AOL Spam Settings Not Working A family member's AOL Spam Setting is set to:
Allow mail only from addresses I specify
This setting has been working fine for years. The Spam was always routed to the Spam folder, not the Inbox.
All of a sudden, a few days ago, Spam started appearing in the Inbox, even though no Spam Setting was changed.
Has anyone else had to deal with this problem?
Since it is a free AOL account, the only recourse has been to check AOL Help, which doesn't have a solution to this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
