| Westll 327W router... I was trying to do a firmware upgrade on my Westell 327W router. Prior to doing it when I logged onto Verizon's website it gave me the nice red screens with all the info from my router. My problem is I'm not sure if the upgrade took place because it shows a failure and now my computer stopped recognizing my internet settings prompting me to have to reset my password and network key. Also, now when I go to the sight to review my network settings it is just a generic Westell sight and not the Verizon site.
Does anyone know anything about this or how to tell if the firmware upgrade was successfully installed. Mine kept saying it failed to upgrade on the several times I tried to download it. Also is there a way to reset so I can get back to the Verizon site for viewing the network setting and not the Westell view?
