| It could be people dropping off my node but i was never able to get more about 400k down but the past few days it's be coming in about 800 or greater |

| Knology now says that due to unforeseen delays, DOCSIS 3.0 in Montgomery is now tentatively scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2011. As anyone who has dealt with Knology in the past, it is always next quarter. It was first quarter 2010, second quarter 2010, third quarter 2010, fourth quarter 2010, first quarter 2011, second quarter 2011, now third quarter 2011. Bottom line is this: if you want fast reliable internet service, look elsewhere.
I wonder what unforeseen delays arose in less than a week? Of course there is the possibility that the representatives from Knology are lying sacks of crap and just pulled a date out of their butts to make me go away. |

| Checked again and now they are saying sometime in the month of June. They did not say if that was June 2011 though. |

| The latest is they hope to get it 'sometime this summer', but no promises. When reminded they repeatedly had promised June, they said they haven't received any notification of that.
Translation: Go away and stop bothering us. You'll get it when you get it, provided you haven't gone to Charter by then. |

| Just got my service transferred cause i moved. The knology tech said they are upgrading the plants for DOCSIS 3 so we should go live soon. |

| probably means we won't see it until around christmas time. Slow as usual with every thing. hopefully we get more HD channels when they are finished with everything. |
