Anyone else with Surpass issues?

around 3:30pm central May 9, 2011 having problems loading website, surmunity, and core.surpasshosting.com to submit a ticket. Tracert shows:

Looks like something within their network or a provider. Anyone else?

Thanks,

(deleted irrelevant information)

Looks like it's ok again. Tracert timeouts are gone and things seem to be loading for me once again. Momentary glitch looks. Might be coincidence but during this time I was seeing a 12% packet loss at the Sprint and Level 3 point at: »www.internetpulse.com/Ma ··· etric=PL
