Inver Grove Heights, MN | I'm not worthy... I'd had pcOnline for about 2-1/2 years as my analog 56K ISP and didn't consider going anywhere else for DSL. They started a problem ticket with USWest/Qwest for me when my connectivity wasn't there (after USW/Q said the installation was complete), let me stay on my analog plan until the DSL was up, AND they held my hand through my router setup. They've always treated me like a fellow tech trying to streach my knowledge and not just a newbe/wannabe. If you live in the TC area, you have to look these guys up. Reasonable prices and they've always returned my calls within an hour(!). Does your ISP do that? |
