[easy] Could the spell check have a word suggestion option?

Would it be possible to add a suggestion for a new word to be added to the dslreports.com dictionary?

People's names, like Obama are not in the dictionary and should be easy enough to add, particularly if enough people ask for it.

Place names, like Danbury, should be easy to submit. I note Stamford, Hartford, even Waterbury (all nice Connecticut cities) are in the dictionary, but not Danbury. It would be nice to have a suggest button in spell check to recommend a new word.

Some stores are OK if spelled as Sears or Walmart, but others seem to require an ending of "'s", like Lowe's or McDonald's.

My recommendation is that the suggestion simply IM whoever runs the dictionary in a standard format. If a user submits many inappropriate words, maybe that person could be blocked from future submissions, or maybe only permit 1 submission per month. However there are many words, particularly places, prominent people, and products / companies that are not included in the dslreports dictionary.

Requiring the person asking for a new word to be added to provide a link to an online dictionary, or to a website of a company or service with the name would also be reasonable (and helpful), but not required.

Thanks

Can't you just ignore the spell check if the word is incorrect... at least last I looked you can.

Yes, but it's annoying. Names like Obama not being in the dictionary seems a bit retarded to me. I've seen threads suggesting words before. In my opinion an automated new word suggestion feature could be more helpful in the long run.
