reply to jmich LOL....... Why oh why put the gear so high up?
I just got back from troubleshooting a contractor's install who thought it was cleaver to put the locking cabinet up high so no one could tamper with it. It was such a pain in the ass to access everything from the floor. I had to make extensions for my console cable and they didn't have a ladder and the only kind of "Stool" they had was a swiveling chair that almost caused me to bust my ass and laptop several times.
The cabinet has a vented top and bottom and the number of switches was reduced. If there were 2 or more switches I would have put a fan kit in it. Thanks
