I called customer service a week ago as i was having a issue with voice, granted it was a Sunday, there was no hold time and i was able to talk with a tech right away that spoke english. I explained the issue and he asked a couple of firewall questions and type of internet I had and speed. He made a couple changes and it works great.... I was off the phone and have not had a issue since then in the past week. keep up the great work
I've had good experiences in the past with support. I always go through what I did to troubleshoot the issue and do anything that is asked of me. Every time it was fixed on the 1st phone call.
That is why I always recommend a phone call for phone call related issues as there is not much that can be done without over the phone Troubleshooting. The ticketing system is good for most other related issues.
