Vonage Call Forwarding Question

I am looking at getting vonage service while we move so I can port my office number and then forward to my mobile. In order to forward does it require the vonage router to be plugged in to the internet?

The answer to that is both yes and no.

Yes for normal busy or no answer call forwarding.

No for the forwarding done to your Network Availability number.

The two types of forwarding have to be setup separately, but if you set both to forward to your mobile phone, you should be good to go.
