I wonder if the threat of a class action suit would encourage Directv to let disgruntled HD subscribers out of their contract? I was sold something I am not receiving which amounts to fraud in my humble opinion. Besides not being able to watch the local channels in HD it is a pain in the butt to have to change the channel to SD since when selecting one of the local channels it automatically goes to the the HD not the SD. What a rip off!
