cant set up pppoe, need a real techy

ive currently switched my provider from verizon to a little dsl company called copper.net. when i was on the line with the lady it was supposed to be a smooth transition from verizon using the same model 7500 westell. needless to say i can only run this desktop on their internet and even the ports on the westell dont work....ive been trying to troubleshoot it myself but im not as good as i thought i would be....any type of help would be a godsend.

update: ive read everything on the westell 7500 i could get my hands on and found that when i go to connect my ppp it tells me my user name and password are wrong....no matter if i use admin/password or the one given to me by the 2 bit company ive switched too. word of advice: copper.net dsl is a joke
