My Desk

Here is my long awaited setup ("She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts" -Han Solo).
Though my main gripe is converting videos to a compatible format for the XBOX (on the gnomeish Intel Atom CPU it takes light years & the 360 is far more picky in what it plays, compared with Playstation III). (IMO) It'd be worth getting a quad-core rig just for that.
This netbook isn't connected to the 32'' since I prefer a lower resolution/screen for my everyday computing tasks.

The 360 does everything I'd want it to do, plays games, videos ( I (V) Netflix btw), & music. To complete my setup (first things first) I'd need a better chair , a soundbar ( =, & for future-proofing a few TBs of storage will more than do the job.

-Questions, comments, or concerns feel free to post/pm. Specifications at bottom.

I cringe at the thought of using that tiny netbook for "everyday computing tasks".

I've gone dual-monitor on my home computer as well as my work computer, and will never go back to single-monitor.

Tiny screens feel so claustrophobic now.

My next buy will be a 27" 2560x1440 IPS monitor. But first, I need a larger desk.

Oh is 27" nice... I have one but not IPS and not as high of resolution but nice still. Compared to my 22" I could never go back to anything smaller.

For checking Facebook & IMing people you can get away with a lower resolution & smaller screen. Hell, I do it all the time on my Android

Perfer lower res??? WHAT? I mean I could see preferring lower than a 30" resolution, but a netbook? That's NUTS?!?!?!
