hahahaha, as if Comcast is ANY better... you ever try getting on the phone with a Comcast rep? Seriously, GOOD LUCK.
I actually rather like Metrocast. I had one of their reps accidentally disconnect on me today while I was trying to get some support and they actually called me back a few minutes later. I didnt even leave my number, they actually searched it by the account and called me. Now that shines to me as good service.
