[help] Unable to login to snet.net email accounts

I have a customer that started having problems logging into her SNET accounts this morning. There are two accounts, both @snet.net No passwords were changed, but they just stopped working. She can't get to the accounts from her computer, iPhone or iPad via POP. They all say the credentials are incorrect. However she can access the accounts via the Yahoo webmail.
This is in the Connecticut shoreline area.
