Helps if you read the contract you signed. Phone upgrades extend your contract, not replace it. The only way data gets changed from unlimited to the new plan is if you change your data plan or eliminate it and then add it back later. -- My domain - Nightfall.net
if you upgrade your phone under the Promo price you get a NEW contract 99% of the time. You will NOT just extend your contract. Those prices are for NEW customers.
