Can I call from my CELL PHONE to my VONAGE using another voip provider that will work as a gateway to use my VONAGE account ?

I know of no way to do that. That capability is one of the things I miss most about the defunct AT&T CallVantage service.
The closest you can get to that is if you have an iPhone or a BlackBerry, Vonage has an app for those phones that will let you use your Vonage service from that phone. I think that it is limited to doing that over a WiFi connection, but you can certainly go to »www.vonage.com and read the FAQ and the service description for yourself. -- We can never have enough of nature. There is an iPhone application called Virtual Mobile or v-mobile. That app setup call forward to your destination number, and then makes call to your vonage phone (which then forwards to destination)...
You can of course manually do this from any smart phone with a web browser...
