[TW] Speed upgrade/Ohio

Western Ohio. Speed upgraded from 7000/768 to 10000/1000. I noticed this after a weather related power outage which caused a modem reboot.

I noticed that too. Now they should give Turbo at the very least and upload increase so they aren't both 1Mbps. There should be some reason to have Turbo besides the 5Mbps speed increase.
