Only reason i ask is typically 2210 and 2701 modems are used for IPDSLAM and 3600 3800 and 3801 are for FTTN and FTTP. Although 3801's have a known defect atm for FTTP's.
Almost. The 3600 is only used for FTTN -- not on FTTP. It has no red "Broadband" Ethernet port to connect to the ONT. Only 3800s/3801s can be used FTTP
And the bug on 3801s for FTTP is being corrected, and it is only a bug for IPTV -- causes no issues with Internet or VoIP
If you have a 3600, it is VDSL2 U-Verse aka FTTN, not ADSL2+ U-Verse, aka IPDSLAM (which uses either the Black Moto 2210 or the Silver & Black 2Wire 2701)
