3 edits | CPU/memory controller integrated overclocking I have successfully archieved of OC'd the AMD 940 quad core with memory controller along, I set 296Mhz of CPU bus speed frequency and set 3.4Ghz internal CPU speed multicore, I'd set NB hypertransport at 2.3Ghz so I'm getting more memory bandwidth up to 17.0 GB/sec traffic in dual channel mode, unganged mode.
EDIT: I made be sure to set the CPU and NB voltage to be correctly aligned voltage.
Addional, I set command rate to 2T for higher clock frequencies
