 | [help] Uverse install help I have a friend of mine that has ordered Uverse several weeks ago. The tech came out and did the install and something got messes up that he was unable to complete the process. Its now been almost 3 weeks and she still has no services at the house. ATT phone support wont even give her a date to a possible completion. Is there someone that we can escalate this to so that she can get it resolved once and forall |
