1Mb is the fastest upload available to ADSL2+. The 1.5 Mb upload is only available to VDSL customers.

No Uverse customer can get 32/5 for internet. 32/5 is the total bandwidth for internet, TV and phone.

You're on the fastest package available for ADSL2+. VDSL customers can get up 24/3.
