Ports not forwarding after Tomato upgrade

Hello, All.
I'm certainly not familiar with all the settings on routers and so struggle with getting them setup to work properly but in this case I did have it working at one point.
I have a Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 router with Tomato v1.28. I did have an older version of Tomato and had the Port Forwarding working to make a dedicated server to play COD with my son but since I upgraded to v1.28 I can't get it working again. Here's what I set to try to get it to work.
The server computer is optioned to "Obtain an IP address automatically". In Tomato, under Static DHCP, I entered the server MAC address and assigned it an IP address, 192.168.1.12. When I look under "Device List" I see it listed. In "Port Forwarding" I put in the appropriate COD ports and entered 192.168.1.12 in the Int Address area, with "both" chosen as the Proto.
I then use an "Open port check tool" but it shows the COD ports closed and the server doesn't show up on the available servers list for the game as it use to do. Windows Firewall is deactivated. What am I missing?
