correct I also cant get DSL with a CLEC whats weird is I am less than a 1,000 ft from the CO. CENTURYLINK wants $150 for depsoit $300 for a install for RES DSL and $60 amoth for 10MBPS. I live in a APT I guess they are afraid of getting screwed.I though monopoly's were banned.
