Verizon collected all Collo charges for cages prior to ATT purchase of same. Verizon collected twice for same exact locations. Two directors laughed about it. I didn't think it was funny and was reasssigned because I was trying to correct the $10.7m in double billing.
Also Northpoint should have been issued a credit for the power billed. All other Clecs were issued the power credit based on usage. Since the Northpoint cages were never used, the credit should have been 100%. The credit was never issued.
