Your customer experience with VZ is not unlike others that have FiOS, however, I am sure there are way more happy customers that have not had to call VZ customer service. I have dealt with them probably 5 times since 2007 and never had an issue with customer service regarding FiOS. Do I like VZ as a company, no. I run an IT shop and I moved all my connections off of VZ because the companies billing is horrible. Is FiOS a good product, yes, just run by a company that has a lot of problems.
As for the stress item, you make it what it is. You can't put that on VZ. |
