Partial Network Outage

Whew, just called the support line and got the "this is not a working number" message. You can imagine my initial thoughts....

UPDATE: The issue with the onsite generator has been resolved. Service to the affected portion of our network will be restored momentarily.

Will this resolve the outage in Ohio as well? As of right now my service with ViaTalk is still out.

I got 9 customers out here in Orlando still. VT NEEDS to restore services soon. I have customers asking me to port them ASAP.

I still don't have service nor can I reach the 866-626-7150 support line. Also, your website seems to be down. I'm getting the SunRocket blues....

i just called home, and got your call cannot be completed at this time. It looks like network forward isnt working either.

Network forwarding is for when your ATA is unable to be reached due to an internet or power interruption at your site, not for when the providers network is down.

FYI, Just got this Email, and I did verify that I can get through to the CS number now:

It has been a time since I had ViaTalk but I thought a brag was multi data centers everywhere so redundancy?????????
