I had DSL elite speed with static IP on my phone line. I called up to downgrade to Elite dynamic and they put the order thew. After it was done I find I have basic speed. i called and was told that that is all that is available so when they completed the order that is what they did. I would think they would not complete an order and randomly give you something you didn't ask for. I was told i was grandfathered before which makes no sense. If I had elite speed working fine a month ago It should work ok now. On A side not I got am email offering me 18m uverse but when I tried to sign up was told it is not available. Guess it is time to drop att and my 1500.00 a month worth of services
