| [connectivity] The new Fairpoint Webmail 6 doesn't work with an Since their update to Webmail 6 on 6/6/11 I nwas unable to send email messages. Today I learned that the new email system doe not work with Internet Explorer. It works fine with Mozilla Firefox and they are supposedly working looking for a fix. But it has been nearly two weeks and many many phone calls. This is not a telephone company. |

It's Firefox that sometimes won't let me log out of email, and won't let me access webpage building at all. Tech support swears no one else is having Firefox problems. Must be me. |
