any indications of upload speeds increasing? or...
I've been pretty happy with the service, 16/1.5, but I'd really love to have some more upload juice.
I've also had issues with speed degradation pretty consistently throughout most days. I'll try and document some speed tests, and provide an accurate record of that issue.
