| [connectivity] Intermittent connection is constantly interrmitte I live in Central Maine and every single weekend my internet goes down. I call tech support and they say it is only connecting intermittently and they'll write up a ticket. Then it starts working better by Monday. They've sent someone to the house (who smelled of alcohol and shook like a leaf) and he played around for a few minutes and actually seemed to make it worse. I think I'm on complaint call #7 now. Sometimes they ping the line on the middle of a week day and it works fine so they just call me and say it's working. Anyone else having this issue? I am thinking of switching providers. |
