| Westell Hard Reset...Now will not connect I a Westell 7500 modem/router and has worked fine until last night. Long story short....I did a reset for a stupid reason and now the DSL light just flashes. It will be a few days before they come out, but I'm sure it's something simple that happened when it was reset. Here is the odd thing I've never seen with a DSL modem. There is no DSL line plugged into it, yet another cable running from outside into Ethernet port 1. They recently installed fiberoptics, so I'm guessing they have a connector from fiber optic to ethernet connection. Does anyone know of setting inside the configuration that could of changed for it to no longer connect? All lights look the same except the DSL light flashing. I did call and get my ISP username and password since I noticed the reset had changed it from what it was. This did not correct the problem though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
