| Depending on the 327w, you might have to disable the Verizon walled garden (check the forum FAQs).
Apart from that, I cannot guess what might be the problem. I had no difficulty using my Verizon version of the 327w on AT&T. -- AT&T Uverse; Zyxel NBG334W router (behind the 2wire gateway); openSuSE 11.4; firefox 4.0 |

| I did a hard reset to return to factory settings. Then I entered the PPPoE information (user account and password), and set an administrative password. It immediately started working. After that, I configured the WiFi. -- AT&T Uverse; Zyxel NBG334W router (behind the 2wire gateway); openSuSE 11.4; firefox 4.0 |

| As best I recall, I selected the "Wireless" tab on the main menu, which took me to the "Basic Setup" page. There I entered the SSID. I make have clicked "save" at that point. Then I went to the security settings for Wireless, and set it to WPA, and entered my key. I saved that. Then, back at the "Basic Setup", I made sure that Wireless was enabled.
I'm not sure, but I may have had to click "save" then "reset" at that point so that the new settings could take effect.
I did not change any other settings. It used WPA-TKIP. The particular 327w model I have did not support AES. I'm not sure what you have. Some 327w models seem to only support WEP. However, if yours is new enough for the walled garden to apply, it probably supports some sort of WPA. -- AT&T Uverse; Zyxel NBG334W router (behind the 2wire gateway); openSuSE 11.4; firefox 4.0 |
