I'm seeing the same issue. I can't use Netflix at any time of the day as it requires around a 2 MB connection. My wife can no longer work from home which is costing us money in gas. Century-link needs to resolve their issue. Their lame test of checking the speed between your pc and the switch is useless. They stand behind that test saying everything is fine, knowing for a fact that they know the truth. I'm going to send a letter (not e-mail) and once i know they received it I will give them a few day to respond. If i hear nothing, I'm filing a BBB claim along with a claim through the FCC. I hope others do the same. This has been going on for way too long and it's only going to get worse.
