| XO EoC Your posting sounded like a complaint but you posted good comments I'm confused. Sounds like you should stop being so skeptical and let the performance speak for itself.
I have deployed a 10mb EoC circuit and have been very pleased. You can not beat the price per Mb for dedicated service from this large of a provider period. While XO is a hassle to deal with problems are few and far between...can always use a broker and let them deal with the customer care calls. |

Washington, DC | Well, my review was guarded because we've had major issues. Just tonight the circuit was down for 2 hrs 22 minutes.
And about all our ISP can do is call XO and ask what's going on. |
