Well, my review was guarded because we've had major issues. Just tonight the circuit was down for 2 hrs 22 minutes.

And about all our ISP can do is call XO and ask what's going on.

We were just down for 26 hours. I'd hoped this would have been far more reliable than it has been over the last few months.
