Newegg join:2004-11-14 Lawrenceville, GA Reviews: ·Comcast	Waive ETF with VZW through small claims court As many of you have probably already heard there is a regulatory fee increase assessed by VZW that is going to go into effect July 1st which breaches the terms of the contract allowing users to cancel the contract without the ETF. Mizzat Will post for thumbs Premium join:2003-05-03 Atlanta, GA kudos:1	You file at your local Magistrate court, usually a fee to file, last time I checked into it it was about $75 in Gwinnett, but that was about 6 years ago. -- -M
