[Extreme] Unable to log into Cisco DPC3825 DOCSIS 3.0 router/mod

Just picked up the Cisco DPC3825 DOCSIS 3.0 Gateway router/modem and tried to log into the router settings at 192.169.0.1 and I used the default username/password listed in the manual online (which said to leave both blank) and it keeps saying invalid username or password every time I hit Log In. I've tried resetting (30 seconds) numerous times and used 3 different computers on the network but I get the same issue. All 3 computers are wired. How do I log on to change the settings on the router?

Thanks

Did you not get the USB to setup the Modem.

Make sure you are attempting to connect to 192.168.0.1. Your original post indicated a different address.

The user and pass given worked, thank you.

According to manual we're suppose to leave it blank

quote:
On the Status DOCSIS WAN page, leave the User Name and Password field
blank and click Log In. The gateway opens with an Administration Management
page in the forefront. You can use the Administration Management page to
change your User Name and Password.
