Sherman Oaks, CA | Just switched to Time Warner I had 6Mb plan with DSL Extreme for 6 years and was very content.
Tech Support was excellent, very few drop-offs.
But, as usual, when changes come they are usually to worse.
Local Support disappeared a couple months ago, and I decided to drop my last land line with ATT, have Ooma VoIP.
Switched for now for a slightly cheaper and quite a bit faster TW Cable.
So far - nothing, but very good news.
Install went very well, no issues, tech support - excellent, even early Sunday Mornings.
