Accokeek, MD Screencap of downstream and upstream status page |
ARRIS WBM-760A finally shows all-green in southern Prince George's County, MD (yes - Accokeek, MD - 20607). I already had four-channel downstream - I now have three-channel upstream (two-channel D2 ATDMA and one DOCSIS 1.x TDMA - likely CMTS issues) as well. Given that I have Performance (not Blast or Ultra) I refuse to quibble. |

I received my Zoom 5341J from Amazon today and I now have two upstream channels. The "H" version I was using previously, never showed more than one upstream channel.

Southwest Miami-Dade County, FL (unincorporated)SW Miami-Dade county, FL. (33175) Comcast Business 16/2 I was visiting a friend today who had just moved into a new house, and we did a speed test on his new Comcast connection, and he got about 18 megabits up. This meant obvious upstream channel bonding, so I had to test my own, living only a 20 minute drive away. After a modem reboot, I now have it too! This makes me very happy. I hope it sticks around; I like knowing that my uploads are less likely to be affected by node congestion. |

Douglasville, Ga 2 64QAM Channels |
Douglasville, Ga Looks like Comcast is just sticking their toe in the upstream channel bonding pool. I have two 64-qam channels on the upload. Speedtest around 6 megs. |

Locust Grove, VALocust Grove, VA 22508 Just replaced my old Motorola SB5120 with an SB6121. FWIW, both the Receive and Send lights are solid blue. At first boot they were solid Green, but after calling to activate it, and a new config file pushed, if I read the log correctly, they went blue. |

Yes, you have both Downstream and Upstream bonding. That's why 2 blue lights. If you have a Gigabit router plugged in, I believe the link light will also be blue. While there is nothing wrong with your modem, I see you have 8 channels now. But your modem is only 4x4. You might wanna see if you can return your 6121 for one of these: » www.amazon.com/Zoom-DOCS ··· e+modemsThis model is 8x4 and is even more stable and faster then the Motorola 6121. The choice is yours. Enjoy regardless. (If you buy at someplace like best buy, make sure it's the J version of the Zoom modem. If not, it's the same as your 6121) |

Quincy, MAFunny.. I was wondering why my internet connection was dropping and my upstream was 54db+ for the past 2 weeks. This explains it all if they're upgrading but it would've been nice to know |

Agawam, MAAgawam, MA Went to 2 upstream channels on 7/18 » Agawam, MA. Saw lots of uncorrectables and errors in the log today, rebooted and back to 1! Errors include: RCS Partial Service, SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync, Lost MDD Timeout and MDD IP mode Override Mode=0. Last time errors showed up in the log was when I got the 2 upstream channels. On Blast and still have the new speeds. |
