e911 multiple DIDs

If I have multiple DID numbers with Callcentric do I need to pay the e911 fee for each and everyone of the numbers?

If they are on the same account, then there is only one (1) e911 fee.

For example, at my office the CallCentric account has three different DID numbers, but I only pay the one (1) fee for 911.
