| Part 97 violations list I remember somewhere, there was a list of all the filings of part 97 violations... like Joe Blow in Moosehead, WI was busted for having a illegal CB setup, or Henry Ham in Radiator Springs, NV was busted for operating outside of his license privileges....
I know there is the ECFS on the FCC's website, but that is not what I am looking for.... it was more organized than that..... |

The Federal Communications Commission has received complaints that a pellet stove currently being used at your residence may be causing harmful radio interference to an operator in the Amateur Radio Service.
Are pellet stoves known as emitters of RF frequency? Maybe infrared.
Must explain why my fireplace causes loss of signal to my cell phone. -- Numquam ponenda est pluralitas sine necessitate |

| reply to neonhomer And they have ignitors. My club had a repeater on top of a building that lost its hot water heating system for a few weeks. They brought in a portable unit and whenever the ignitor fired up, the repeater transmitted S9+3 of RF hash.
As it was an intermittent event that triggered at unpredictable intervals it was really hard to locate. We finally managed to find it the day before the temporary solution was removed. |
