TDS Telecom headquarters is located in Madison, WI. They have a call center in Pequot Lakes, MN (where I worked). You need to post your DSL stats in your TDS support forum for help, or here if you like. If you remember the same'ol Same'ol you wont have any problem accessing your modem.
