Have had VoIP outage now for approximately 2+ hours. Been on hold for a hour without actually talking to anyone. Website acknowledges outage but provides no ETA on getting it fixed or mitigated. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a $500/month+ business class service. This company used to be top notch, now it makes the traditional teleco's look like quality outfits. I appreciate that things happen, but you need to inform your customers.
