Need help connecting to a proxy server w/ a Westell 327w

I'm not quite sure what you are looking for.

If you want a LAN of several computers to access the net through a proxy, then you probably need to find a router with that functionality. You could then configure the 327w as a switch, or you could use double NAT (LAN connects through router, the WAN port of router goes to 327w, and 327w handles the dsl connection).
