I'm not here to stir anything up so I am not sure why you are attacking me. The only reason I found this thread in the first place was because I Google myself and our company from time to time to make sure social networking sites and other various sites are not displaying information that I do not want them to.
I did not do anything about it before (back in August) because the day I posted my original post here was a busy day. I didn't have time to investigate the situation so I just posted my contact information hoping someone would email me.
I take every abuse/DMCA complaint seriously and will work with you if you have a legitimate claim. We do not like having these kinds of people/sites on our network regardless of what they pay our company. If they are participating in illegal/harmful activities we are partially liable and therefore will shut them down regardless. We have kicked a few customers off of our servers due to activities like these.
Looking at the two links you provided above neither one of them is active at the moment so I have nothing to work with at this time. (unless you have more, if you do please EMAIL them to me)
And, looking at the screen shots it looks like this may have been a real issue at the time, but its not my job to be an active member of this forum. That being said abuse@beyondhosting.net is where all reports should be sent.
