Has anyone else tried to call the customer service number?
Seems like it is flooded. The one time that I was able to get in queue it stated there was a 14 minute hold time. Most of the time it just said to call back later due to excessive call volume.
I was curious if they were cutting any deals for retention?
I have had the Blockbuster By Mail for years. They have changed rates, coupon perks, in-store exchange limits, etc. They have never touched my rate or cut any of the perks (unlimited in-store exchanges, two DVD or game rental coupons a month- Still $19.99).
Netflix should at least grandfather existing customers.
