 | Moto SB 5100 issue (report inside) :) Well, I've been having connection issues for a few months now. Finally looked into it online and found out how to take a look at the Modem itself. After a restart, these were the errors I got.

I'm wondering, since any firmware updates would be automatically pushed by the ISP (thus it not being an issue fixable via update), if these errors have anything to do with connection drop every hour or so. Has the Modem gone bad? Or should I just give COX a call and have them run some tests?
Thank you in advance for your help. -llunchboxx |
