Although they claim they'll be done with this by the end of february, from what I've heard from a lot of others it wont be done until may.

COXnightmare join:2001-07-16 Burke, VA	I wish I could get a normal 56k connection though. My dial-up is maximum 33.6k and normally about 15 to 20k:it's like 33.6k or less. I don't know why. I'm 18,500 feet away from my CO and I think that's the reason I cannot get even a normal 56k connection. I have 3 56k modems and I have tried all of them. The same shit connection. Sigh...BTW, I don't even understand why I should talk about my telephone internet connection here while I have a cable connection with much higher monthly fee. You damn ass whore COX, get out of my town!
